These people tend to be introverted and lead a rather quiet, uneventful, but emotionally rich life. Changes are generally perceived as unpleasant. 70 percent of **highly sensitive persons** count among this group. ## People with low BIS and low BAS energy These people are slow, quiet, not **HSP** . Their outer and inner lives are uneventful and lacking in emotion. ## People with high BIS energy and high BAS energy - These are the **extroverted highly sensitive persons**  (30%). - Since you have both a large extroverted and introverted proportion, you are called ambiverted. - In your case, extroverted phases alternate with introverted phases. Frequently, these two strongly pronounced systems are in conflict. ## General - The basis for high sensitivity is a strong expression of BIS energy. - Every person carries both BIS and BAS energy within them.
