As a coach, as a mediator, and as a trainer. The question that always accompanies me is: What makes people strong? What does it take for a happy life? How can one grow from strokes of fate? **Through my experiences, I have developed a deep trust in the "meaningfulness" of life.** **I trust that:**Every behavior has a positive meaning, matter how unloved and annoying it may be. When this meaning is taken into account in the solution, change is easy. Everything that happens to us has a purpose. Life presents us with challenges from which we can grow. In the meantime, much that is positive has grown out of my hardest blows of fate. Precisely these strokes of fate shape me and my life enormously. Without them, I wouldn't be the person I am today – I wouldn't be where I am today; for that, I am very grateful. This trust permeates my entire work. It creates confidence, courage, serenity, hope, security, and zest for life. This trust creates an atmosphere that always resonates in my work.
